Personal Therapy and Self Reflection

As a certified professional in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my goal is to help you to find new perspectives on your attitudes and emotions when dealing with challenging situations in your day-to-day life. I use a multifaceted approach that combines CBT with advanced neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help others become more mindful of how they deal with their own personal issues.

Our perception dictates our reality. What we have experienced in the past teaches us how we should react to future challenges and experiences. I use my training in CBT and NLP to help you acknowledge the behaviors in life you’d like to change.

By becoming more aware of our strengths and weaknesses, we empower ourselves to work more positively moving forward. By identifying and working towards removing the obstacles
